Directions
From the north or west
Via M1 or M6 motorway: at M1 J19 take A14 east (in the direction of Felixstowe).
After about 19 miles, leave A14 and take 1st exit off roundabout onto A43 (towards Corby).
*After 1.5 miles, take 1st exit off roundabout onto A6003 (Rockingham Road).
Follow this for about 5 miles, continuing on A6003, and keeping an eye on the speed limits.
At junction with A427 (there should be a BP station to your right), take 3rd exit off roundabout towards Corby (Cottingham Road).
Within 0.5 mile, move over to right lane, then turn right onto Beanfield Avenue.
Following the road around the left bend, past the chippy whilst negotiating the speed bumps, turn right after 0.5 miles onto Greenhill Rise (you should see our sign on the corner).
After almost no distance at all, turn right into our car park (if there is no room, please park back around the corner on Beanfield Avenue).

From the north
Via A1: after passing Stamford (aka Meryton in recent Pride and Prejudice production), leave on slip road at junction with A43, turning right at T-junction (towards Corby/Kettering/Leicester).
Continue on the A43 for about 13.5 miles, passing through Collyweston and the roundabouts at Duddington and Weldon.
After a short stretch of dual-carriageway, take the 3rd exit off the large roundabout onto A427 towards Corby, keeping an eye on your speed as you enter the built-up area. PLEASE NOTE - possible temporary traffic diversions!
Continue straight through one roundabout and under a railway bridge.
**At the next roundabout, with a Texaco garage on your left, take the 2nd exit.
The town centre redevelopment should be to your right.
Take the 2nd exit off the next roundabout onto Jubilee Avenue and follow the road around to the left, past the woods to your right.
Before the next roundabout, turn right onto Beanfield Avenue.
Continue along Beanfield Avenue for about 0.3 miles, then turn left onto Greenhill Rise (you should see our sign on the corner).
After almost no distance at all, turn right into our car park (if there is no room, please park back around the corner on Beanfield Avenue).

From the east
Via A 47: continue west through Peterborough for a further 15 miles or so until junction with A43 at Duddington.
Take 1st exit onto A43 and continue for about 10 miles through the roundabout at Weldon.
After a short stretch of dual-carriageway, take the 3rd exit off the large roundabout onto A427 towards Corby, keeping an eye on your speed as you enter the built up area. PLEASE NOTE - possible temporary traffic diversions!
Continue straight through one roundabout and under a railway bridge, then follow directions above** (from the north).
From the south east
Via M11: continue past Cambridge onto the A14 towards Kettering and the Midlands.
***The simplest, though not shortest route is to continue past Kettering to the junction with A43 (towards Corby) and then follow directions above* (from the north or west).
Alternatively, continue west on A14 past Thrapston.
Take 3rd exit off roundabout onto A6116 towards Corby.
At junction with A43, take 3rd exit off roundabout onto dual-carriageway.
At traffic lights, turn left onto A6116 just before the Hilton.
At roundabout take 1st exit towards Corby.
Continue under a railway bridge, then follow directions above** (from the north).
From the south
Via M1: at M1 J15 take A45 north towards Northampton (south and east) (A508).
After about 5.5 miles, take 1st exit off roundabout onto A43 (Lumbertubs Way).
Continue on A43 for about 12.5 miles, then take the 1st exit off the roundabout onto A14.
After just under a mile, leave A14 and take 3rd exit off roundabout onto A43 (towards Corby) and then follow directions above* (from the north or west).
From the south
Via A1: at Huntingdon, leave A1 at junction with A14, taking 2nd exit off roundabout.
Continue west on A14 towards Kettering and the Midlands, then follow directions above*** (from south east).
