Where is the school located?
Corby is situated about 70 miles
north of London and is one of the fastest
growing towns in the U.K. It currently
has a population approaching 60,000 which
is forecast to double by 2030.
The town centre is undergoing major
regeneration and the first stage of a new
shopping centre opened in October 2007.
The town also boasts a brand new
Olympic-sized swimming pool and the new,
renowned, glass-fronted Corby Cube,
housing a theatre and library is due to
open in 2010.
For more special needs, the nearby city
of Peterborough is easily accessible by
bus and there is an hourly train service
to London. The nearest airports are East
Midlands, Luton or Stansted. Heathrow and
Gatwick Airports in London are also quite
accessible.
The school itself is set in the grounds
of the meeting place of the Corby
congregation on the corner of Beanfield
Avenue and Greenhill Rise. For
