The Text of the New Testament

p45 160

After a review of the first weekend of the series we will begin by considering the complex issues surrounding the development of the New Testament text.

We will move on to examine a number of New Testament manuscripts and ancient versions, and understand their influence in determining the original text.
Finally we will consider the challenges of reconstructing the text, looking at specific examples and with reference to mission in the 21st century.
Those taking module GEN01 will also need to complete required assignments. Please click here to download module syllabus.
